This is the original 5 North Plan that was presented to current and future residents of Vistancia in June of 2022

Take note of the "Mixed Use Sports & Entertainment" that was planned. Shortly after this plan was presented to residents, the developer and the City of Peoria rezoned the land in this area for industrial manufacturing.
